1) Educating and informing the community about matters that concern Asheville's neighborhoods;
2) Providing a means for Asheville's neighborhood organizations and groups to share information;
3) Providing technical assistance to neighborhood groups and individuals that are interested in participating in community affairs.

Attend CAN's Meetings

Are you concerned about Asheville? Would you like to see CAN, the Coalition of Asheville Neighborhoods, play a role in shaping our city and county? CAN needs to hear from each neighborhood. Find out how to become your neighborhood representative or just come and join us for an exciting evening of community.

2nd Monday each month, 7:00pm-9:00pm at the Oakley Community Center, 749 Fairview Rd., behind the Fire Station and below the Library. Open to the public. Bring your issues, ideas, and energy.
