Select Maxwell Street Blues for a 4 minute video showing how 70' tractor trailers have turned a quiet residential street into a busy loading dock. Includes clip of Asheville Police Officer telling Reid (neighbor) that he can take as many pictures as you want (2 years worth) but no police officer will ever write a ticket. Guest appearance by City Council member Dr. Mumpower and commentary by neighbor Reid Thompson.
